This policy covers information collected by Web Fire Design:

Your privacy is as important to us. All of the information we obtain from you is used to provide and/or improve our level of service to you. We will not rent, sell, or otherwise disclose any information about you or your account to any other party for direct mail, solicitation, or telemarketing purposes.

Customer Information: Information is collected at the time of a sale, or proposed service, in order to complete the sale and deliver the products. Customer lists are NOT sold or distributed to third parties. Web Fire Design does not use customer lists to send solicitations (except for renewal notices for continuing services such as domain registrations, e-mail, or Web site services).

Special Notice for Domain Name Registrants: Internet domain name registration requires the registrant to provide information to be listed in a publicly available database (the WHOIS database). Customers may log onto their domain name records account and update their records.

Web site Promotion / Domain Registration with Search Engines: Web Fire Design may be contracted to do Web site/domain registration for your Web site. Only the necessary information will be supplied to Search Engines and other indexing Web sites and site promotion companies. Web Fire Design will do it’s best not to get your e-mail address on 3rd party mailing/marketing lists during the promotion process.

Credit Card Transactions: Credit card transactions are processed by a professional payment authorization service, which was chosen for security and reliability. Only the purchase price and the credit card information provided by the customer is supplied to the credit card processing service. Information collected during transactions is maintained in their database for accounting and billing purposes. Information from these transactions is not released to third parties.

Web Site Log Files: Like most Web sites, log files are generated that show the IP Address of the visitor, date, time, and pages visited. Aggregate reports for Web site visitors are generated that do not contain personally identifiable information.

Cookies: Internet 'cookies' are not used. Cookies may be used in the future for the purpose of store/shopping user sessions. Cookies are used so a user can shop and maintain a list of items ordered in their "shopping cart" and have a total due calculated. A user does not have to supply any personal information unless they decide to complete an order and pay via credit card. Orders can also be printed and paid by mail or fax without entering any information.

No Third Party Downloads: No Images, files, or cookies are downloaded from third party servers. This means no banner networks, hidden "Web bugs" (images of size 1x1 pixel used to track users). Affiliate and advertising requests will be rejected by Web Fire Design, if they are required.

Mailing Lists: Web Fire Design may maintain subscription mailing lists. Users are never added unless they request to be added, or are a Client of Web Fire Design. Signing up is easy and removing yourself from the mailing list is an easy one-step process.

Our privacy policy may be updated occasionally, but the changes will not reduce the privacy protection of visitors. Your privacy is important to us.
